We stayed on the 2nd floor but be forewarned, there is no elevator. The hotel is built on a rock so you enter the main floor and then have to go up two flights of stairs and then down one to access your room. I would suggest staying on ground floor if you have mobility issues. We had a two queen room which was super small but the beds were very comfortable. Staff was friendly, breakfast was basic continental. Parking is cramped and almost full when we got there at 4 so the extra lot looks to be a pain to access with luggage. Road construction was taking place so it’s somewhat chaotic around the hotel.

Overall it was a good experience staying at this hotel. However there is construction opp to the hotel which makes it difficult to walk across the road. Hope it ends soon. Other than that staff were friendly place was clean service was good. Breakfast was good. Would highly recommend for a friend.

Pros- The hotel was nice and the staff was friendly. The room was comfy, quiet and had lots of storage for clothing. Cons- There is a ridiculous amount of random stairs going up and down in various places of the building. We were put on the third floor with no access to an elevator, which made carrying our luggage in/out a burden, especially since we couldn't use a luggage cart because of the stairs. There was also very little surface space in the washroom for toiletries. The walls were empty, so having a shelf/towel holder on them would have made it more convenient. There was also no conditioner supplied, and the shower holder for it was broken. And there were no shelves within the shower so nowhere to put soap, etc.

We had a hard time sleeping since there was a construction site right in front of the hotel. We asked if we could change room the 2nd night, staff accomodated us which we appreciated. However, in the second room, we could hear everything the hallway, the heavy doors have no stopped so they slam loudly whenever someone goes in or out of their room, could hear all the conversations, the other rooms' tvs and all. Soundproofing the room with door improvements would hugely upgrade the experience. We were disappointed since it was advertised as "soundproof rooms". We changed hotel for the 3rd night. Included breakfast is decent and convenient.
