It snowed the week that I stayed at this hotel. The parking lot was not maintained well and was very dangerous to walk from my car to the front door.

It was late/early...2 am... when I arrived. Front desk staff was unfriendly. Maybe it was just me. I had had a long travel day from hell... but I couldn't have felt less welcome when I arrived at this hotel.

Incredibly friendly & helpful staff. Very clean rooms with amazingly comfortable beds. Breakfast was lacking but it was free. Parking was fine; immediate area felt a bit gritty/sketchy. However we had no issues.

for the $ it was a big five star great staff-- for the money -- great breakfast - for the money One thing -- no address and no phone number available that I found! Expedia sucks and you pay more and they give no address or phone number

Good price clean room. Mainly the bathroom had some items that weren’t great looking. Paint chips up and down the door trim, exposed plywood holding up the shower curtain. Functionally worked fine, so for a very affordable hotel it was acceptable. Great tv channel selection and a pretty nice tv. My main complaint is the wifi is absolutely horrid. I never thought this would be a bullet point in a hotel review, but as a result of the entire building being a cellular dead zone I think I genuinely would have picked somewhere else for this one problem. Connection was extremely slow, and constantly dropped. Due to the dead zone and poor wifi at times any devices were literally expensive paper weights.
