The problems started at check in when they didn’t even have a room for us, even though we booked well ahead of time. We got attitude when questioning about why there wasn’t a room available. The hotel tried to check us out every morning even though we were staying 3 nights. Multiple times we had to get new room cards because they hardly ever worked and we got locked out of our room multiple times. Nobody spoke English in the breakfast area, so that made it very difficult to even get a new napkin. When we missed breakfast by 5 minutes, they refused to even offer cereal for my 2 hungry children. I would never stay here again. We spent $550 to stay here for the weekend, what a joke.

Staff was really nice. Rooms were rundown. Scratched furniture, cracked shower walls, stains on sofa.....Breakfast area had shelves above food being served....they were dirty and dusty, as was the decor on the shelves. Outside dirty. Needs pressure washing.

When my daughter and I checked in we went upstairs to the room 202, we had problems the toilet not flushing called front desk they sent someone to fix it. 2nd day problems again with the toilet and the shower would not turn off. Again they sent someone to fix it. He said we tighten the handle too tight and that was the problem. I was a little pissed off that they were blaming us for the problem he had to get a tool to fix it. How can we make it that tight. Also that night there was blood stains on the sheets. They sent housekeeping to come change it. She is blaming me for not noticing the blood stains. Said I should have noticed when I walked in the room the first day. I said that’s not my job, maybe when you put sheets on you should look to make sure there are no stains on the sheets. We left the room at 8:40ish the next day. When we came back to the room it looks like the shower exploded there was water everywhere, and again the toilet was not working. We had to change rooms I have pics of the sheets and the water all over the bathroom. I was there 4 nights to me this was unacceptable. But didn’t want to ruin the reason we where in NC. I paid over $600 for a Hyatt hotel not a motel.
