Grand Sierra Resort and Casino offers 1990 air-conditioned accommodations with a safe and complimentary bottles of water. Pillowtop beds feature premium bedding. 42-inch flat-screen televisions come with premium digital channels and pay-per-view films. This was a nice hotel, kiosk check in and text check out, very nice room, no problems with billing, clean, employees stationed near the elevators to direct or assist with questions, great showroom with wonderful sound, bar standard and very efficient during concert rush, I'd see a show and stay again.The slots aren't loose at all hence 4 stars but the showroom would bring me back to Reno.

The staff was amazing we lost our flight and allowed us to return to our rooms untill regular check-out we had trouble getting a taxi so they offered to help get one if none available they said they would take us to the airport on their personal vehicle the staff is amazing, we appreciate you all.

The only thing my bathroom was very dirty had hair all over the floor I called for housekeeping nobody came but the from staff was notified when I check out other than all the stay was beautiful

Just a one night stay passing through— but wow! Pretty cool hotel, all things considered. Great value for the money. We were first timers there and we were on the 26th (out of 27) floor. Beautiful view, clean & well designed room. Only recommendation: have a soft and firm pillow, both were really flat once you laid your head on it.. would definitely stay there again!

We arrived very late and were so pleased to be able to valet park. We had been in a car accident so were very weary. We enjoyed an ice cream (at midnight) and a very spacious room and comfy beds. We woke up feeling much better!
