Enjoy a few days in an apartment 7 min. from the beach walking in the middle of La Cala Del Moral. This apartment has been designed to relax thanks to its unbeatable views, chill-out terrace, parking and swimming pool. It has everything you need to enjoy: - Table to eat with views of the beach. - Relaxing and Zen decoration. - Air conditioning to be cool in summer and warm in winter. - Two full bathrooms and washing machine. - Newly renovated full kitchen ready to enjoy. - Private parking lot. It is an apartment with private underground parking located in the heart of La Cala Del Moral distributed as follows: - Living room: One of the best areas of the house. Here you will find a large table for several people where you can enjoy lunch and dinner with views of the sea. A huge sofa, television, internet, board games and everything you need to enjoy and disconnect. - Kitchen: It is the first room in the house, you find it a few meters after the entrance door. It is a designer kitchen complete with a new ceramic hob, fridge, various utensils, cups, glasses, plates, pans, microwave, toaster, kettle, etc. In addition, we have recently installed a new gas water heater to avoid butane changes and always have hot water. - Terrace: It is located next to the living room, covered with top quality artificial grass prepared with a table and chairs to sit down to enjoy the sun and the views at any time of the day. Also, you can wear it to meditate on the lawn or do sports. - General bathroom: In the corridor you will find this first bathroom with everything you need: sink, toilet, shower, glass partition, mirror and a bathroom cabinet with a hairdryer and space for your things. You also have available a towel rack to dry after taking a shower. - Double bedroom with suite bathroom and own terrace: It is the main bedroom with a double bed, mirror, built-in wardrobe, bedside tables with designer lights, its own terrace with sea views and a suite bathroom. What else could you want? - Bedroom 2: At the end of the corridor is this bedroom prepared with 2 single beds, a wardrobe, a mirror and a work area with a table and its own light (for the most demanding teleworkers or readers). - Bedroom 3: Double sofa bed, furniture, mirror and built-in wardrobe. Not so bad, right? In the house there is no shared space with other people, if you book, only you and your companions will enjoy the house, the parking lot and all the rooms and amenities. In addition to all of the above, in the house you can enjoy: - High speed WiFi (fiber). - Hair dryer. - Full designed kitchen. - Free and private underground parking with direct access to the house via elevator. - Air conditioning in the living room. - Autonomous arrival. - Washing machine. It is an apartment located in Serramar urbanization (La Cala Del Moral), 10 minutes walking from the beach and the town center. In the town you will find everything: - Restaurants. - Pubs. - Supermarkets. - Shops of all kinds. - Next to the beach: the classic beach bars of Spain. To know the area around, the best thing to do is on foot. - Beach: 10 minutes walk. - Town center with everything you need: 10 minutes walk. On the other hand, if you want to enjoy Malaga and the historic center, I recommend driving a car or bike, you are only 20 minutes away from the center of Malaga. Finally, if you do not have a car or motorcycle, you can use public transport. You have bus stops just 6 - 7 minutes walking from the apartment.
