Beautiful and renovated apartment on the first line of the beach. The apartment is focused and conditioned for families who wish to enjoy the Costa del Sol, the accommodation has 3 bedrooms, two of them with a double bed and a third with two single beds, and a bathroom with a spacious shower. It also has a fully equipped independent kitchen and a living room with a SmartTv, air conditioning in all rooms and Wifi.
Its balcony will allow you to disconnect and rest during your holidays. In the urbanisation, you have a swimming pool and tennis court and parking within the facilities. Moreover, its unbeatable location with direct access to the sea allows you to enjoy the beach of Rincón de la Victoria, enjoy long walks until reaching Torre de Benagalbón and also connect with the Seafront Promenade of Cala del Moral. Meanwhile, you have a wide Mediterranean typical gastronomic offer at your reach.
Nowadays, being connected to the network is fundamental, so the apartment has its own WIFI Internet supplied with optical fibre, so you can share with your loved ones your experiences in the beautiful destination of Costa del Sol, download a movie, video chat or play your favourite online video game.
