To start, I am not a smoker but I knew that this property isn’t non-smoking even though I had booked their non-smoking room. I was prepared for smoky because of past experiences at other similar casino hotels. However, I was pleasantly surprised that it wasn’t that bad. The entire staff was friendly and responsive. I was surprised to discover their gaming room in the hotel, although small it also wasn’t very smoky. (It was tolerable for me.) I am glad for this alternative to their casino building across the street that is heavily smoky with very poor ventilation. I would consider returning for another stay and play!

There’s much better options in the area. Prices are in the same range and the staff won’t treat you like your visit is an inconvenience. I won’t remotely consider staying at this hotel again. On a good note, the casino restaurant was excellent. The variety of very affordable meal options, friendly wait staff, and detail oriented Chef, earn this spot a 4.5/5 stars.

Was told by 5 employees that Keno games were televised on Ch 54 in the hotel. Untrue. We found out AFTER we got to our room. Room not what I perceived from the website. I kept turning the heat up as far as it would go (Food not as good as a few years ago, also very spendy.83 degrees) and never got warm. Front desk just sent up threadbare blankets. Our room was not available by 4:30, so we had to opt for a room with 2 queens instead of 1 king. Also, no one told us we had to request housekeeping service We ripped up our rewards cards and left them on the table in the room. Won't be back.

I rated this property low because of the smoke smell. The smell seeped in from the casino/smoking areas. Noticed the smell of smoke immediately upon arrival in the lobby. I would not stay here again solely for that reason.

Very clean rooms. Staff was very polite and helpful. Really liked the coffee shop in the lobby for our morning coffee. Slot machines were even a little giving. Recommend to all my family and friends to stay there.
