All in all, we enjoyed our stay. Customer service was excellent and very friendly. Our room was clean and comfortable. Unfortunately, our a/c unit was so incredibly loud that it made for a disappointing experience. Considering the condition of the a/c, no one should stay in that particular room until it’s been fixed. We’re only here for one night so we decided to tolerate it but intend to let the front counter know.

The staff was incredible. My only issues were a constant hum next to the head of the bed. I let them know at check-out because we were to tired to call and possibly change rooms. They thought it may have been the riom next door keeping their hot tub on. The Starbucks has one person working breakfast. Several people ordered multiple drinks; which meant a longer wait. The Barista was excellent. SHE was on top of it...I felt bad for how much she had to do alone. But my one disappointment was No Complimentry breakfast. Most Casino Hotels provide that. Starbucks was expensive at $6.50 for french toast sticks. Basically one slice of bread. Perhaps a snack place to buy not so expensive food. But again the rooms are really nice and the staff is excellent.

I have stayed twice now, check in was easy and fast. Clean, quite rooms with comfortable beds. Rooms have shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion available via wall dispensers, small sink, microwave, mini coffee pot and small refrigerator. Hotel has a pool on site though we did not use it. If you are a non-smoker that is sensitive to cigarette smoke be sure to enter the Casino via the main entrance at the front of the building (don't enter via the closest to the hotel entrance). There are 3 restaurant options and a sports bar (sports bar connected to the Craft House restaurant and is at the smoking end of the casino, the restaurant can be accessed via the main lobby though), we ate at the Craft House, service was good and so was our meals!
