Friendly and helpful host, room was clean and modern, location was pretty good. Communal kitchen area with kettle/toaster etc. we stayed in the “Bronze Room” which was straight off the communal kitchen so could hear everyone and everything unfortunately. Although the owner does reinforce keeping the noise down, some guests don’t seem to take much notice. I would definitely stay again but in a different room, away from the communal area.

We loved our stay at the El Dorado. Our host was incredibly helpful, responsive, and kind. You can tell he takes pride in his property. The only issue we had was that the wifi went out a few times, but it was uncommonly windy this week. There was also a backup when it went out.

El Dorado had everything which we needed, a quiet hotel room with TV, free wifi, clean washroom and a shared area for dining. The B&B is walkable distance to the Vatican City and the metro stations. The owner was really helpful and could answer my many questions. He provided useful information about the journey to and from the airport. He even messaged upon landing to tell me about a train strike! I liked that there was a little area to make a hot drink or a small snack. There was a supermarket across the street and a bakery a few doors away. I felt very safe and as a mum with her teenage daughter this was important to me. We went everywhere by foot, but there was a metro close by. I would stay here again as it was comfortable, clean and quiet with a lovely big window with a view over the quaint Italian neighborhood

Perfectly located, charming, unasumming BNB. Host was charming and helpful as well. Had the 4 bed unit. Nice bathroom with a great shower. Layout gives enough pricacy for 4 pretty much. Loved the lift(close both doors when you get off! Lol!)and the restaurant next door.

We stayed here for 2 nights. Gianluca is a wonderful host. Contacted us from the day before our stay started and met us when we checked-in. Clean and quite room with plenty of sunlight. Lots of restaurants in the area and the breakfast coupon is very good value for the price. (2.5€ for a coffee and croissant)
