The luxurious Villa Marella impresses with its contemporary style of construction and top position along the coast. The villa is located in a quiet place Žman on Dugi otok in Northern Dalmatia. Surrounded by pine forests, beautiful nature and crystal-clear sea, Villa Marella will treat you to a holiday you will remember for a long time.



The area of the villa is 150 m2 and is built in a contemporary style of minimalist simplicity. The accommodation capacity of the villa is for a maximum of 6 people, and the villa has three modern rooms located on the upper floor with a beautiful view of the Adriatic Sea. On the upper floor there is a terrace equipped with garden furniture. The villa has a total of 4 fully equipped bathrooms, and a washing machine and iron are at your disposal as well.



On the upper floor there is a spacious and lighted living room with a glass wall, kitchen and dining room. On the ground floor of the villa there is a space for socializing with a kitchen and barbecue, a table for 10 people and a bathroom. On the terrace of the villa you will find a beautiful pool with additional option of counter-current swimming and massage jets. Around the pool there is an outdoor shower and 4 sun loungers where you can relax all day. There is also an outdoor grill and an outdoor dining table. Within the yard of the villa there are a total of 2 parking spaces and a garage with another parking space.



You should not miss the top gastronomic offer in one of the taverns of this beautiful island. Fresh fish, olive oil, seafood and homemade wine are just some of the magic that will give you an authentic experience of Dalmatian everyday life.



Dugi otok has many interesting sites that you must visit during your stay in Villa Marella. For example, in the north of this 44 km long island you will come across the Telašćica Nature Park where you will be able to see a natural Salt Lake. Especially interesting are the diving tours under the cliffs of Telašćica that hide various underwater secrets and interesting natural sculptures. Here is the Kornati National Park, a unique archipelago composed of a total of 89 islands, islets, and cliffs of specific geography that leaves no one indifferent.



On the south side of the island there are other interesting sites such as various hidden coves or the famous sandy beach Saharun, 800 m long, located near the place called Veli Rat. Here you will also find an interesting eponymous 42 m high lighthouse. The lighthouse was built in 1849, and according to one legend, it got its intense yellow colour by applying as many as 100,000 egg yolks on the facade.
