Health, safety, and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance. For this reason, we use a thorough cleaning process after each check-out.

★ NO SMOKING INSIDE ★
Please refrain from smoking inside the home! Any smoking evidence will result in a fee for odour removal and furniture cleaning.

★ CCTV ★
There is 1 camera on the terrace area of property that is there only for the purpose of security against potential burglars. They aren`t monitored so please feel at home

★ NO PARTIES ★
We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits. There is a `Minut` sensor that measures the noise decibels and ensures the neighbours aren`t disturbed.
