The villa is located in the exclusive and privileged urbanization El Monte de los Almendros, one of the most beautiful places of Europe, in the charming village of Salobrena, on the Costa Tropical. The villa is very well connected, just 100km from the airports of Granada, Malaga and Almeria. Access to the urbanization is very easy and it is only 2.5 km from Salobrena, 8.5 km from Motril and 10.5 km from Almunecar. Beaches, stores and restaurants are within a 10 minute drive.





The house offers spectacular views both from the outside and from the inside of it, thanks to its huge windows on all floors of the villa and incredible terrace, from where you can enjoy watching the beaches of Salobrena, the Peñon of Salobrena, the Castle and the whole region. In addition, the villa receives sunlight most of the day.





This house has a contemporary and modern design and stands out for its great luminosity and feeling of open space. At street level there is a private, uncovered parking area for two cars.



Villa Seneca is built on three levels. On the upper level, we find a large bedroom, with an en-suite bathroom, which connects to a spacious terrace with magnificent views. In addition, this bedroom has its own dressing room and television. This floor benefits from a large terrace with a magnificent view. On the intermediate level we find two bedrooms with two well equipped en-suite bathrooms. The lower level has a spacious living-dining room and an open kitchen, all perfectly illuminated through the huge windows, plus a guest toilet. The dining area has a large table with seating for 6 people, in addition to the kitchen island with high chairs that give greater comfort to the kitchen. All bedrooms have huge windows that offer incredible views of the Mediterranean Sea and air conditioning. The lower level connects to a terrace with a large pool and different areas for sunbathing, relaxing, eating or spending the day, as well as a barbecue. Thus, the villa invites you to make great barbecues by the pool and to enjoy on the terrace both on the lounge chairs and sun loungers as well as at the dining tables. In addition, there is a large sofa bed that can accommodate two more people, making the villa suitable for larger groups.





The incredible infinity pool, lined with green tiles, is also heated and has interior lighting. It is lined with blue tiles and has interior lighting that will make lounging on the terrace and taking a dip at night a very desirable plan. Pool heating costs 180 € per week.





All rooms are air-conditioned, so that the temperature of the house can be adjusted to your needs. In addition, each air conditioner is regulated independently in each room.





The communal area is only 5 minutes away from the villa and access for guests is completely free of charge. The urbanization has two communal swimming pools, tennis court and soccer field, as well as a bar open during the summer season and a small library.
