The room was spacious and clean. We loved how many restaurants were within walking distance. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in SLC. Courtney at the front desk and Rodrigo at the Bistro were LOVELY! So incredibly kind and happy. Courtyard SLC is lucky to have them!

Easy and quick check-in, and the front desk staff were very friendly. The room and hotel were very nice - they felt new and were very clean across the board. The location was also nice, within walking distance to restaurants. I would stay there again.

Check in staff was wonderful and room/facilities were clean. While getting ready Saturday afternoon, my co traveler was using a hair straightener that burned her hair, which momentarily set off the smoke alarm. The next morning, I received an email informing me I would be charged a smoking fee. I immediately went to the front desk to address the issue and explain that there was no smoking or vaping of any kind in the room. At the desk, I was informed that only a manager could reverse the charge and there was no manager there. The staff member stated she would make a note and a manager would get back to me. Two days later, with nothing heard, I called the establishment and was told again the manager was not available and she would get back to me. With nothing heard by Friday, I emailed the manager and now another week later have still heard nothing and was charged $300 (twice the cost of the room) for something that I did not do! Will never stay there again and will discourage others as well.
