Once we arrived to check in they would not accept the same credit card I made the reservation with. Seems the have some problem with online banking. So they refused my reservation even though I had already paid for the room. So now it's a big hassle to get the money credited back to my account. I didn't cancel the reservation the hotel cancelled my reservation. Expedia should let customer know that the hotel won't accept the same credit card that was used to pay for the room.

Where do I start? I waited an hour to check into my room, when I finally was able to check into my room I was greeted by a foul odor, the bed was in a disarray, sheets every where and stained, and then to ice the cake the heater did not work. When I went to bring the issue up to the front desk I was forced to wait 30 minutes to get to the front of the line, once I made it to the front the manager on sight refused to look at my room. I was not offered compensation or a different room, I was simply told “I’m busy right now if you don’t like it here you may leave and talk to your third party for a refund.” Do not recommend to anyone.

I stayed here for three nights and those who were on the night shift were not very helpful at all. Not that they didn't try, but it was extremely difficult to communicate needs, which I did have. The heat in my room did not work so it was freezing and the cleanliness was subpar. Overall it just felt outdated and not cared, which in turn made me feel not particularly cared for.

We arrived 2 hrs early. They charge $35 for early check in. After I agreed to that fee I stood there for 5 minutes and was told they didn’t have any clean rooms. Fine. When we returned to check in they were very friendly and the check in process was fast. It’s an older building that hasn’t been maintained great. It smells like old french fry oil.

Cheap for a reason

The bed was not comfortable. The elevator was sketchy, smelled like elctrical. The gym was "out of order"? Looks fancy-ish, but it falls short. Might have been nice at one time, but it is in dire need of upkeep. Wall paint barked up all over.

Not to bad of a stay.

To start off, I was greeted very nicely by my receptionist. I can’t remember her name young girl was greeted very nicely and taken care of. The room however left a lot to be desired. The air conditioner didn’t work it only blew hot air which made it very uncomfortable. I ended up opening the patio door to cool off the room. I just decided to deal with it and made the best of it.

Staff was nice and helpful. Unfortunately the room was not the best. The air didn’t work properly. We thought it would cool down eventually, because they moved our room for us so we thought it might take a bit. It was hot all night, but it was too late to call to have someone look at it. There was used soap in the shower, and things generally looked dirty. Maybe things just needed to be updated, but they didn’t seem clean.

The room wasn’t the cleanest and the water in the tub barely come out. The diverter valve was broken so the shower didn’t work properly and rust in the tub.

The rooms are in serious need of updating & renovations. Towels are threadbare. Wallpaper peeling Chicken wings are buffalo even if barbecue ordered. Chicken wings were not cooked and we could not eat and were charged anyhow.
