Overnighter for Easter

Overnight stay was good. We had an issue with the thermostat not shutting the heater off, so they promptly moved us to another room which was appreciated. The rooms are nice and inviting. The restaurant was very good for breakfast but kind of pricey. I will continue to downgrade hotels with little kid toilets that are way too short for older people and it makes it difficult. It also doesn’t help the toilet paper is mounted so far away from the toilets! It’s a good thing I have 36” length arms and can reach behind my back to reach the dispenser. I am sure this could be improved very easily. We felt it was quiet and safe. It’s walkable and very close to the Delta Center.

We had a medical emergency while on property and needed to extend our stay unexpectedly. The manager and staff accommodated us quickly and efficiently and made sure we had everything we needed. You hate to be away from home when medical emergencies happen, so having a staff go over and above to help was comforting and we are so grateful our accommodations were one less thing to worry about.
