Great customer service. The hotel is very nice with lots of amenities and a fabulous downtown location! The room was warm and we were told that they could not fix the temp but they could move us to a new room but at that point in our stay it seemed like too much work to move rooms. The bathroom door also didn’t slide very well. But other than that, we have a very enjoyable stay.

They need a huge sign that parking is an absurd amount of 45 to valet and 29 to self park. Better to go to the other good quality hotels nearby with reasonable or free parking. In addition the young ladies at check in were condescending and rude. Morning staff was far better. And a 9 dollar bottle of water is also ridiculous but fits the 1 rating should be 0 or negative.

The air system is so loud. I had to wear my earbuds to get any sleep which is not ideal since they aren’t sleeping earbuds. You have to have the fan on high to get it cooled down but even when you turn the fan on low it is loud and it never shuts off. Running on low won’t cool it off either.

Overall a very nice stay, friendly and helpful staff, clean rooms, comfortable bed, water pressure good. The AC was not working when we first got to the room, made a call downstairs and they sent the technician up right away who was able to fix the thermostat. Had to call again 2 Days Later because the heat was not working, when we returned to our room after being out for a couple hours there was a portable heater plugged in and turned on and was left there for the remainder of our stay. Although the shower water pressure was good, there is only small 1/3 door which did nothing to keep the water in and after every shower, there was a big puddle on the bathroom floor and toilet lid was always wet. Had to put towels down every time and still step onto squishy wet towels, yuck! We had a discount on the parking as part of a group rate, but considering the nightly rate we were paying, we felt that the parking should have been included. Elevators are a little rickety and old. Front lobby area nicely set up and roomy, conference room available to our group was instrumental in giving our team a place for meetings/ bonding time.
