Renovated to maintain its rustic and industrial charm, this space overlooks the expansive retro garage contains 1 bedroom, 1 loft bed, 1 bath, living room, dinning area, & kitchen. It is within walking distance to the San Antonio river, historic San Jose Missions, grocery, and pharmacy. This space also has one parking space within the gated grounds.

Less than a 1.5 miles from the historic San Jose Missions, the San Antonio river, Biking/Walking trails as well as the vessel drop in point for kayaking down the river. Less than 5 miles to downtown San Antonio. A short drive to Southtown, the Pearl Brewery, and shopping.
