I wouldn't stay here again. The property was clean for the most part. The pool absolutely was not. Maybe the filter was broken? There were clumps of human hair floating in the pool along with little candy wrappers and other debris. The front desk staff were not friendly, just passive. They did get us towels on request (our room had 2 towels for 4 people) but were not enthusiastic. The breakfast was good. The food was actually seasoned and always kept full. The room was clean. The bathroom door is a slider that does not lock. The exhaust fan was not functional, which we didn't mention to the front desk because we really didn't think they'd care. Overall it was not the worst hotel we've stayed in, but definitely not on par with the Hilton brand's usual standards.

Check-in and check out was quick and easy. The room was dirty upon arrival. Requested someone come in the next day to at least wipe down the bath room, but that didn’t happen. Breakfast was good. Staff was friendly. Parking area isn’t secure as it’s right next to businesses with high traffic. Multiple vehicles were broken into on the last night. I don’t utilize hotels often, but wouldn’t book this location in the future.

I travel to San Antonio once a month. This has always been my hotel for every visit, so imagine the thousands of dollars I’ve paid into this hotel. Tonight was very different from all of my other stays. Different enough to make me switch, no parking, cars were parked all across the blocking the front entrance so you couldn’t pull up to check in. To spend as much as you do, and then be charged parking is financial greed in my opinion. I walked in there was boo boo right in the front entrance walk way a trail of it. I advised the front desk person and it was not addressed! Snack prices are insane. It is just time to change, I’ve run my course with this location. Very disappointing!

front desk staff were rude - brittney and crystal - they had stated parking would be an additional $60 when it was only $4- expedia intervened and assisted but when i left front desk my friend checked in and they didn’t know she know me and she heard them say they hoped i left the hotel and would not decide to stay because i contacted expedia on hidden fees

Unfortunately, my overall stay was terrible because of the noise coming from the bar next door. It sounded like a drag strip—people doing donuts and revving their engines until 2 a.m. If I wanted terrible sleep, I could’ve just slept in my car. You book a hotel to get rest, and that wasn’t possible here. To be fair, the noise issue isn’t directly the property’s fault, and the staff was friendly and the hotel itself was clean. However, if you’re looking for a peaceful night’s sleep, I’d recommend looking at other locations.
