Very clean and great location near the River Walk. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast selection was good enough for a quick breakfast. There was one issue with the hot water. We were on the 3rd floor and the hot water takes a long time to reach that floor. We had to let the water run for 10 minutes before it started to get warm.
