Seaside Suite 302 is a wonderful one bedroom apartment perfect for couples, located on the third and top floor with a wonderful balcony with seaviews by the pool and solarium area. San Agustin Beach is only a 10 minute walk away!

This beautiful holiday home is equipped with all the necessary features for a comfortable holiday; a very well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, coffee maker and all utensils for cooking.

There is one double bedroom with a double bed and ensuite bathroom with shower, offering views over the solarium and the sea. You will have access to a fantastic swimming pool too!

A third person can be accommodated in a single sofa bed.

This complex is beautiful, overlooking the sea in a quiet and peaceful atmosphere.

Its location, very close to several restaurants, supermarkets and also a beautiful promenade that connects to the beach, will make you experience the best holidays in the Canary Islands.
