Private: property (fenced), swimming pool angular (10 x 4 m, depth 210 - 95 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). WC in the pool area, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, single garage, public parking on the road. Shop 2 km, supermarket 2 km, restaurant 2 km, bus stop "Cerdado de Espino" 600 m. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected. Please be advised that a tourist tax will be applied to all stays in the municipality of Mogán. Effective from March 11, 2025, the tax rate is €0.15 per person, per night and will be added to your total stay cost.
