The area is nice and proximal to the beach. The water and sand are very close, but the rooms themselves are very dated and smell like it. If you aren't right on the water, you'll definitely be let down.

Frumpy, dated, and poor hospitality. For a hotel that bills itself as a resort, not even springing for hot coffee in the lobby defies logic. From a hospitality point of view, the Hampton Inn is in league with the Ritz by comparison. If the establishment can't spring for new carpet and paint, at least find some low-cost ways to make visitors feel welcome.

Liked the Place, just needs more TLC

I liked the place but it needs some renovating and updating in the rooms. Bath towels were old. Wish we didn’t have to walk so far to get coffee. The coffee in the room wasn’t adequate. That being said, staff was very nice and helpful. I would stay there again.
