Check in was easy. We had to pay $25 per night for onsite parking because the only public parking is across the street and appears to be a tow-away zone. The room was huge and quiet and clean, though some of the furnishings were a bit chipped and tired. Some of the planes at the U.S. Navy base on North Island just across the Bay start flying quite early in the morning, but it didn't bother us much because we're early risers anyway. We were able to bring our grandchildren to the large pool which they really enjoyed. We'll definitely be coming back here because it's just a few minutes away from the home of our kids and grandkids on Point Loma.
