The room was very clean, which I truly appreciated. However, the parking spaces were extremely tight and difficult to maneuver, so we ended up using the underground parking. Unfortunately, that was inconvenient since we arrived late in the evening and were already exhausted walking to our room which was quite far from the parking lot. Also, the male front desk clerk at check-in was not welcoming or courteous compared to the friendly and professional female clerk ( her name may be Krishna) during check-out. Customer service makes a huge difference, particularly for tired guests arriving. I would gladly rate this hotel 5 stars if the front desk staff consistently demonstrated the same level of courtesy and warmth.

I booked based off good google reviews but was easily fooled. Area isn’t great for families/kids. Rooms were very small and tight and didn’t look very clean at all. We woke up the next morning to ants all over the counter near the coffee maker despite never using it. Breakfast had very limited options and what they did have was very low quality. Would not book there again.
