First time staying at this property and really enjoyed the ease and convenience of the location especially if your visiting gaslamp. The hotel has everything you need including shops, coffee shops, bars and restaurants. The pools are very nice and relaxing. Will be going back to this hotel.

There were a ton of hidden fees. I’ve heard of hotels with hidden fees but have never experienced it until now. We ended up paying an additional $250 for parking and “destination fees.” Parking is $55 a night. Our room was really loud. There’s a train right outside. We had a city view room but couldn’t see anything because the window was dirty on the outside. You’ll hear a loud train every ten minutes and cars honking. Also the parking lot is really small and narrow. It was really hard to find parking, especially in the evening. Way overpriced. We won’t be back.

Check Your credit card statement and Be Prepared for Poor Service Make sure to check your credit card statement after your stay — I was overcharged and had to contact them to fix it.(not solved) Also, my room had an unpleasant smell. I asked to change rooms, but the hotel firmly said they couldn’t do anything about it. Overall, not a great experience. Just something to keep in mind before booking.

Front desk was amazing. She accommodated me so well, knowing I was there to work the wedding. She placed me on the same floor as my clients for the next morning and it was so helpful. Room itself was great. Spacious, comfortable and clean. Great ammenities and nice view. Had room service which was convenient. $23 credit came with my room booking so it went toward my room service which was great! Overall highly recommend
