Parking and valet service was awful. Called ahead spoke to valet manager, was told they could accommodate a truck and trailer. When we arrived they told us they could not accommodate a truck and trailer. We have to park 3 miles away. They refused to valet our car that we trailered and to self park it which was not monitored.

The hotel is good. BUT before we checked out, we had lunch at Roy's Restaurant. When we ordered kid's meal which comes with soft drink. They served our 5 year old son cocktail as orange juice. My 5 year old had two sips and told me the juice taste weird. I tasted it and found out it was a real strong yellow alccoholic drink served in a kid's cup for a kid!!!! Completely ridiculous!!!!

The room with a great view of the bay from the balcony was excellent!! The breakfasts fantastic. The staff spot on. Have nothing but praise for this place. Will use again, without doubt!!

Fantastic visit. We were celebrating a birthday and the person was sent cupcakes by the bell staff. Absolutely thoughtful. All staff was awesome and friendly. The pool was perfect. And we enjoyed the bar for a late night drink. Everything was top notch. Our room faced the bay with a balcony. It was very comfortable. Would stay here again over and over
