Desirable Pacific Beach Crown Point home on a tree-lined street and enjoy the quiet side of "beach-life" oasis. Just 1.5 blocks to the sand. Fabulous location 3 Br + Loft( 4th bedroom) / 2 Full Baths & 2 Half Baths, Spacious 1975 Sq. Ft of living space. A rooftop deck is my favorite spot to enjoy coffee in the morning. In the evening my favorite spot to watch the summer fireworks from Sea World. We also have 4 Brand New Tommy Bahama Beach Chairs, for your use at the beach.
During your stay at this holiday home, you'll be within walking distance of Mission Bay. Laundry facilities are available. Free WiFi and a kitchen are available in the holiday home.
