Staff was courteous. The room was very clean, the layout great. The location was superb, close to the airport, easy access to the city, and near the Bay Trail. The breakfast was good, but the hot food only average. Parking was easy.

First the good: Nice hotel, clean, easy check in, nice area, nice staff, room was clean and bed was very comfortable. Now for the "not so good": phone didn't work, water pressure was extremely low almost un-useable, TV remote had to be banged each time to get it to work, AC temp was finicky at best and outright "way off" at worst, asked for extra wash cloths by using the phone in the hallway by the elevator, since like I previously stated, ours didn't work. Towels were never delivered. Had to go down and get them ourselves.

This location is not downtown where the parking fees are common and reasonable… also there are ton of hotel in this vicinity and no body charge parking fees in this location because the parking is premium at this location…. The only reason we booked here so we can avoid all downtown craziness but ending pay more…

The hotel is conveniently located and close to many places, which made getting around really easy. The staff were friendly and accommodating throughout our stay. However, there was a noticeable smell in the room that affected the overall comfort. With a bit more attention to cleanliness, this could be a much better stay
