A complete hotel. The view from the room was amazing. The staff 10 out of 10 from Management to valet. Housekeeping as well I loved those ladies. The room was clean and spacious. The team at Doubletree by Hilton, were very friendly, welcoming and informational. I will be back.

The staff was amazing! We were stranded when the airport was closed the day we were to leave and the hotel staff worked together to find our family a room in a full hotel for the duration until we could make additional arrangements to get home. We were extremely impressed with the level of professionalism, courtesy and kindness shown even before the unprecedented airport closure. The hotel was clean and inviting with amenities that were greatly appreciated by our three teenage children. The rooms were clean and comfortable (except for the accent chair) with a housekeeping staff that politely completed a daily refresh if desired. The food in the Cafe is delicious! We ate there multiple times during our stay and enjoyed every meal. The Valet service was a wonderful addition to our stay. The valet staff are welcoming and are willing to assist whether it be rides to/from the beach, car services, or suggesting local restaurants, site-seeing, and adventures. I would have given the hotel a good review regardless, but after the above and beyond service we were given with the airport closure, I can safely say that the hotel staff impacted the memories that we will keep of this vacation. They helped us focus on the joy of the trip.

Amazing staff, so friendly and helpful. Loved that the beach was just a short walk away and that the hotel supplied chairs, umbrellas and towels. In house restaurant very good, and there is a 24 hour grocery store across the street.

I am making a complaint against doubletree hotel in Puerto Rico. In the past, we have had stays at doubletree hotels and had good experience. This time it was a very bad case, mainly from after checkout. 1. When we checked out, we asked doorman to book a taxi to cruiser pier, we clearly asked for two things, one using credit card, two drop off at virgin voyage harbour. The doorman got the car for us. 2. First issue, when the lady driver dropped us off, she couldn’t take credit card , Apple Pay, it took quite a long time for us eventually to get cash to pay her. 3. The more wrong thing is, she dropped us off at wrong pier, at pier 4. Immediately we told her it was wrong, we could see virgin ship and pointed it to her. But she said as the road was closed we should walk to virgin ship on feet. As we were nor farmiliar with the area and could see the boat and thought it was in walking distance. Thus we accepted her idea, paid and started to walk. Later we knew that virgin ship was at pier 25, very far away from pier 4. After walking 45 min we almost missed our cruiser , by luck a kind gentleman gave us a lift, without his help we would definitely missed our cruiser. 4. In summery, the lady driver charged us 45 dollars, dropped us off at wrong place, after we pointed it out the right ship and pier, she lied to say it was within walking distance. We don’t mind walking a bit, but this lie almost ended up with missing our cruiser. This is a terrible experience!

The corner room was a great size. Had a view of the pool in the back, pool table, ping pong, whirlpool, towels were provided in a clear cabinet by the pool. The location had some great restaurants and there was a supermarket right across the street that was open 24 hours. Condado beach was a 15-20 minute walk away and more great restaurants were there too! The location was great as it wasn’t filled with tourists, a nice quiet area with tourist spots within walking distance. The hotel itself was very clean and even though I put in a room request kind of late, they were able to accommodate! Great hotel stay.
