Stayed overnight prior to a cruise departure. Not at all fancy or updated, but was affordable, clean, comfortable, safe and quiet. We wanted a quick stay in Old San Juan and this worked for us.

I really loved staying here it was really convenient. Probably the best was the customer service, the manager Blanco was really helpful and made our stay amazing. Can’t wait to come back!

If you want a cheap no frills but excellent location hotel, this is fine. If you are traveling with anyone that wants more than the most basic amenities and accomodations, go elsewhere. I was traveling with just my 16 year old son so we didn't need anything other than basic. We walked all over lovely old San Juan from this hotel and that's all we wanted.

Ideal location in the middle of Old San Juan. This is a no frills hotel with an elevator. Majority of rooms in the back and like other simulate type of hotels, there are no windows because it is in the middle of 2 other buildings. Small refrigerator in the room. Good for solo travelers and if you don’t spend time in the room other than sleeping.

Old San Juan.

Basic hotel, which is good for a night or two. No window in the rooms. A little outdated. service at the front desk was very good. Everything in the old downtown San Juan is walkable from this hotel.

Very old and not well kept. Carpet is fraying and different colored carpet has been patched in. Windows are screwed shut. No counters in bathroom - just a pedastal sink making it difficult for women to get ready. No irons or steamers. Very old and flat pillows. TV is hung from ceiling and cords and wires just hanging below the TV. Not very many outlets in the room.
