A wonderful family villa

As a family of four we had a wonderful weeks holiday here. Our contact David was so helpul and always responded tk our questions promptly. The villa is so well situated with stunning views of the ocean. It is very well appointed and has all the amenities and equipment a family of 4 wilo need. The pool was the icing on the cake and we will be definitely looking to book thus villa again when we return to the wonderful usland if Tenerife.

Great villa with a fantastic views

Lovely villa. Perfect for a family holiday. Loved the outlook and villa was very well equipped. Only downside were the motorhomes that often parked up beside the villa in the afternoons and stayed overnight. Thankfully this didn’t create much noise. Didn’t put us off booking again in future.

A villa with a view

It was so lovely to sunbathe and look at the view. Work was being done to the pathway along by the sea but it didn’t impact on our stay. David was fantastic and we quickly found our way around the local area. There are some areas that need to be updated in the villa, the main bathroom needs a new bath, the second bedroom needs a new bed - the mattress was comfortable but the bed frame was rickety and new chairs are needed at the kitchen table. Overall we had a lovely stay and the two weeks went far too quickly!

Wonderful location, villa and communications.

The whole process for renting was simple. Very good communications from both David and Cari. The villa was in a beautiful setting, overlooking the sea, 2 mins walk. David did mention beforehand that there was a 'digger' parked up and that the local council is in the process of laying a footpath. This didn't spoil anything... the view, even with digger, was wonderful. Américas, Adeje, and Christianos, are all easily accessible, within approx 25-35 mins drive away. We thoroughly enjoyed relaxing by the pool in the morning followed by a trip somewhere local. Tried booking again already.... Not available for Xmas though. We will be back :-)

Villa Atlantico

The villa is spacious, bright and airy and overlooks the golf course and sea. The owner David is extremely helpful and was on hand if needed. I would recommend this villa to anyone who is thinking of staying in Tenerife and will definitely be returning.

Gorgeous views of the Ocean

A lovely villa with everything you could hope for. Well equipped kitchen, lovely open plan lounge, decent little garden, lovely pool, and most importantly incredible views of the ocean that you could look at for hours! Nice location, great local walks, and not far from restaurants and bars etc... we all loved it.

We spent a week here over new year. The views are amazing and you can see the sunrise and sunset from the villa as well as watch the waves crash on the rocks. We spent a number of hours doing that. The cliff walk to restaurants was pleasant and worth it for the scenery. The sea seems clean and free of litter in this area. You do get quite a lot of foot traffic past the villa terrace from hikers, dog walkers, golfers searching for lost balls etc which didn’t bother us but the terrace is overlooked from outside. However, without the glass fencing you wouldn’t get the amazing views so we didn’t mind. Great TV package. We don’t watch much TV on holiday but it enabled us to see a UK football match that we missed. Plenty of cutlery etc, filter coffee machine, plenty of hangers in the wardrobes. All in all a comfortable and very chilled out week of recharging the batteries. Thank you!

A little taste of paradise

Just spent the most amazing week at the villa. Very sad to be leaving but we will definitely be returning in the future. Everything on the listing was spot on. The villa manager David was only a phone call away and happy to help.. even offered a later check out to help with our flight times. Looking around the area this villa would be hard to beat. Nice villa. Shame about the noise.

Have stayed here before and love it because of the location. Wonderful views and normally peace and quiet. The upgrades to the villa are very nice. Everything clean and modern inside. The pool area is quite scruffy, but I understand that it is due to be retiled and new outdoor furniture is planned. The Property Manager is fantastic. Responds to and resolves minor issues immediately. The big problem during this stay was the noise from the construction vehicles on the rocky cove and in the cul de sac where the villa is situated. We had construction noise from 0700 to 2000 every day except Sunday. The daily gusty winds blew clouds of dust from the access road over the property, so we were unable to use the pool area a for a large proportion of our stay. While I appreciate the owner has no control over work in the area, I am really upset that we were not forwarned and given the opportunity to change accommodation. The Property Manager did offer us a refund of the portion of our stay if we moved to a hotel, but we were unable to find anything suitable so had to stick it out. We had to go out for a portion of each day to escape the noice and dirt, normally we would spend most of the day by the pool. The situation did ruin our holiday and I believe the owner has a moral, if not legal, responsibility to disclose disruption such as this.

No expense spared on the refurbishment of this villa .. it has everything you could possibly need, and an amazing view. Beautifully presented in every single area .. even has pool cleaner every few days and a towel and linen change half way through. Would definitely go again and am currently mothering the hubby for October 😂

A lovely villa

The villa is perfect for us, we stayed last year and decided to return. In a lovely location, not overlooked with a great heated pool used every day, near the golf club, quiet area and villa spotlessly clean. I do think it is time to replace the sofas and dining chairs not really that comfortable, we also had to go out a buy a sharp knife and a big induction frying pan to cook risotto, paella etc, so a few items need to be replaced or purchased. We only had one small problem and this was sorted immediately, management team fantastic. We will definitely be booking again for next year a wonderful place to relax. Highly recommend!
