Promised more than received
The building itself was fine but our experience was tarnished as we did not get what was shown.
My wife is registered disabled and can not walk far. We picked this property as it has a lift and a swimming pool a few yards away. The swimming pool though was closed and the next nearest was up hill with forty steps and therefore my wife could not get to it. IF WE HAD BEEN MADE AWARE OF THIS WE WOULD HAVE CANCELLED . On arriving we asked the question and was told they were not aware but obviously they should be, that is their responsibility to us !!! Instead of relaxing by a pool we had to drive to beaches and other pools away from the complex.
I feel very let down and require compensation but am getting no response. We have not even got the accidental damage deposit back yet. We also had to buy wine glasses as there was only one on the premises.
I don't complain generally and have had some great holidays with VRBO but this spoilt our relaxation immensely.
