Our room was fairly updated and comfortable, no problem with room. Pool and hot tub not open yet but in great location. Staff was very cooperative and friendly however I left my surgical pillow in room which is easily recognizable as not there’s. I called several times to ask about it as my son was coming through and we were already in Spokane when I realized it. The gal kept telling me she was looking for it and would call me back but didn’t. Several hours later my son stopped by and she hadn’t found it. He had some errands to run so told her to call if she found it. 3/4 hour later she called she’d found it but he was already a few miles out on way to Spokane. I feel she didn’t look very hard, changed my opinion of staff whoever she was..

We had a toilet that wouldn’t flush and we were moved to another room. Not as updated. The staff tried to fix the problem too no avail. In the second room the TV didn’t work and again the staff tried to fix the problem. After a while she got the TV to work but it had no volume. The staff were friendly and courteous but they had a tough time with maintenance problems. The yogurt on the boxed breakfast was rancid (very runny) and not fit to eat.

The staff was all so friendly, it’s undergoing construction but that didn’t interfere with my awesome stay.. The room was so clean , the staff so friendly and helpful. It was close to walking downtown. They are doing renovations so the pool was closed. I would definitely stay here again.. a cute little bar attached and the best bar tender with some great happy hour specials.

Second stay there as we drove thru SandPoint, ID clean, quiet, pet friendly. Friendly staff, easy to get to and near downtown ( 2 min drive)

Will not stay again

There were several issues during my stay. The worst being getting locked out of my room. I was asked to change rooms and the front desk did not activate my key for the whole stay. I got locked out when I returned at 8pm. There was no staff on site, and the hotel was wide open for anyone to walk in. I had to call the local police dept in order to contact a manager who did help me get in my room. The security locks on the exterior doors have been disabled. The pool and hot tub are not maintained (no water). There is supposedly a breakfast service but you have to pick up a box between 8-10 am and that was not convenient for me. And the coffee pot in my room was broken. I would only possibly recommend this motel to traveling men who may not be as worried about their safety and just need a bed for the night. My cost was $125/night and that was way too expensive for what they offer.

Dynamic by Hotel Inn and America’s Best Value Inn in Sandpoint is the same property with different names. Property is under new management or renovation. Access door to the rooms wing didn’t lock and it’s open to the main street.

Although they are transitioning to America's Best Value Inns, it was a very pleasant stay at a reasonable rate. Close to downtown shops and activities with easy access to outlying areas. Room, although a little dared, we clean and comfortable.
