Welcome to this simple flat located in the centre of Sanlúcar de Barrameda and only 15 minutes from the beach of La Calzada. It is ideal for 6+2 guests.
Located in a pedestrian street and closed to traffic, this flat is on the first floor of a building with lift and is ideal for you to enjoy your holiday. The small balcony is ideal to enjoy a delicious breakfast with your companions and get some energy to start the day.
Inside, the living-dining room is equipped with AC and Smart TV and a sofa-bed for your two extra guests. It provides a cosy space to enjoy meals with your companions. The ceramic hob kitchen has the basic equipment to prepare delicious meals and the separate laundry room offers a washing machine, iron and ironing board. When it's time to sleep, you have three bedrooms at your disposal. The first bedroom has a trundle bed, the second bedroom has two single beds and the third bedroom has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with bathtub. There is also a full bathroom with shower. All bedrooms have a fan and wardrobe to store your belongings. If you are travelling with your baby we can provide you with a cot.
The flat is located in an exceptional area of Sanlúcar, with all services at street level such as bars, restaurants and supermarkets. It is close to the castle of Santiago and only 1 km from the beach, known for its fine golden sand, the beach of Sanlúcar invites you to long walks by the sea and refreshing swims in its crystal clear waters. The tranquil atmosphere and the sea breeze create the perfect setting to enjoy the local gastronomy, famous for its fresh seafood and sherry wines.
