Baloo is a luxury villa located in Cala Salada in a popular residential area, just two minutes from the beach. Its position is very convenient since it is very well connected with the most important points of the island.
The villa has been recently renovated and enjoys breathtaking views of the entire west coast and of the Bledas and Espartar islets.
It has six bedrooms for a total of 12 sleeps, below the details:

Ground level:
Room 1
with direct access to the terrace. This bedroom has 1 double bed (180 cm.) ensuite bathroom with shower.

Room 2
with direct access to the terrace. This bedroom has 2 twin beds (90 cm.) ensuite bathroom with shower.

Room 3
with direct access to the terrace. This bedroom has 2 twin beds (90 cm.) ensuite bathroom with shower.

Room 4
with direct access to the terrace. This bedroom has 1 double bed (180 cm.) ensuite bathroom with shower.

Room 5
with direct access to the terrace. This bedroom has 1 double bed (180 cm.) ensuite bathroom with shower.

On the first floor there is a sixth room, this bedroom has 2 twin beds (90 cm.) ensuite bathroom with shower.

The ground level has direct access to the pool, outdoor lounge and covered terraces.

On the main floor we find the fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge, coffee maker, electric oven and all useful appliances.
The dining room for 12 people with direct access to the outdoor lounge with panoramic views, the living room with great panoramic views and a guest toilet.

Outdoors there is the superior terrace with amazing views of the sea and the bay of San Antonio, the private pool of 8m x 5m, surrounded by terraces and furnished with 8 comfortable sun loungers, an independent relaxation area, solarium with panoramic views and 4 sun loungers, outdoor chill out lounge and finally outdoor kitchen with dining room for 12 people.

Rental rules:
Minimum stay: 4 nights; 7 nights from 10 June to September ;
Check-in time is from 16:00 to 20:00; Checkout time is between 8:00 and 10:00.
Late check-in (after 20:00): € 100 (subject to arrangement).
Included in the rates: bed and household linens, change of linen and towels (minimum stay of 2 weeks), electricity, water, gas, garden maintenance, house cleaning (3 times a week), housecleaning upon departure (minimum stay of 2 weeks), Internet WI-FI, Pool maintenance, towels.
Guests are requested to drop off their garbage bags in the containers provided for this purpose when they leave the house. Garbage collection service at house door does not exist in Ibiza.
In low and mid-season, a fee may apply if consumption of heating and electricity is higher than average.
Children welcome (must be supervised by an adult at all times when using hot tub, pool, sauna or hammam).

Security deposit: € 6.000 (must be paid in the form of credit card pre-authorization the amount is not debited in advance).
