This beautiful 400m2 villa is situated on a 90,000m2 plot in San Lorenzo and has been lovingly renovated, which is reflected in every detail. This converted farmhouse is more than 300 years old and offers great character and guaranteed privacy. All the beautiful beaches on the north-east coast of the island are within a 10km radius.



This is a Fincallorca holiday home.



The villa has a Mediterranean garden with beautiful flowers, a wide variety of plants and trees, cacti and palm trees. There are several terraces to choose from to relax or enjoy a meal. The villa has 6 bedrooms, each with bathroom and air conditioning and 4 of them with TV. 4 bedrooms have a 180 x 2m bed, while 2 bedrooms have 2 single beds each. It has a fully equipped kitchen, a washing machine, a dishwasher and a small stereo system with Bluetooth. In the pool area there is a large terrace and a toilet. It has wifi and barbecue. In addition, the villa has a safe, an alarm system, a high chair and a cot.
