This modern villa is situated in Cala Bou (San Agustin) close to the Hotel Monterrey and is only 700 metres from the nearest beach and the popular resort of San Antonio Bay. The villa is a fusion of modern and traditional with a light & airy feel throughout. It has 3 large bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and is ideal for 6 people. The villa is open plan and is styled in a modern, minimalist theme with leather sofa, dining table for 6, fully fitted kitchen with island hob, large american fridge with all the mod-cons. On the ground floor there are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and on the first floor is the master bedroom with private terrace with sea views and an en-suite bathroom. There is a 50 inch LED TV in the living room with freeview TV & complimentary fibre optic hi-speed WIFI for all guests. The exterior of the villa is neat and tidy with a large pool and 3 separate sun terraces to catch the rays at different times of the day. There is a south facing terrace with shade directly off the kitchen which is ideal for al-fresco dining. There is also a large roof terrace with sea views that is ideal for sun worshippers as it has the beautiful Ibiza sunshine throughout the day. The villa is deep cleaned by our expert team with specialist cleaning products before arrival/after departure and offers a safe & secure base to which explore this beautiful island.

We had a fantastic stay at Martin’s villa. We couldn’t fault a single thing. The communication from Martin was fantastic and the villa was in a great location. We never had an issue with taxis and we were walking distance to local shops including a boat taxi which took you to the main side of San An bay. I’d recommend this villa to anyone!

Great villa. Great location

Marrtin is probably the most responsive host ive ever encountered. Brilliant. It makes life so much easier. The villa has everything you need. Location is perfect being a short walk to shops and restaurants. Yet quiet and private at the same time. I cant recommend highly enough.

A perfect family villa in San Antonio

This is a great property for those who want to experience San Antonio, without being right in the middle of all of the party. The location is excellent, just a short walk to the bus stop, where there are buses every 15 minutes up until 11 pm, right into the centre of town. For those staying later it is only a 10 taxi ride back to the property. The property was beautifully clean and well maintained, and match the descriptions exactly. The host was super helpful and if there were any questions got in contact very quickly. The property is very quiet and not overlooked by the only neighbouring property. There is a small family hotel over the road, but we only rarely heard very faint music even during the evening, the outdoor area at the hotel closed around 9 pm.It is worth noting that table tennis and beach towels were both available at the property and not listed on the advert. We would definitely stay there again and can thoroughly recommend it.

Summer Holiday

The property is in a great location without the need for car hire. You can walk to the local shops, bars and restaurants within 10 minutes. The property is a great size for 6 people, with spacious rooms and private bathrooms. The pool is fantastic, very private and well maintained. We didn't use car hire because there is no shortage of taxis and the public transport is really good. We travelled with 3, 18yr olds so thought the resort would be really busy and noisy. It is the opposite and the nightlife wasn't too far for them to travel to. It also felt really safe.

Nice villa in good location.

Villa is large with great room for 6 people. The facilities are great (ping pong and bbq) however the iron, ironing board were not great and need replacing. The ironing board wouldn’t open properly and the iron left marks on our clothes. Other than that the villa is a in a great location and Martin sent communication throughout. I would stay here again definitely

Great villa in a great location

Just returned from a fab stay at this villa. Four of us stayed for a week. Wish it could have been longer! The villa is big bright and spacious and very tastefully furnished.with a beautiful pool,garden and roof terrace. All three bedrooms are lovely (so no arguments needed on who had the best room!!) the top bedroom has a balcony with sea view but if staying in one of the lower bedrooms there is separate steps that take you to the roof terrace with just as amazing views. Perfect to sit early morning watching the sun come up. The villa is situated in a quiet/peaceful area yet so close to all the action that San Antonio has to offer. The shops and bars of the bay end are in 5 mins walking distance. To walk all the way around to San Antonio takes around 20 mins. Or the water taxi is within 5-10 mins walk from villa. There is a small hotel close by but can not be seen unless you are on roof terrace. The garden is very private. And the hotel is a very quiet relaxed hotel. We heard no noise coming from it. The villa on arrival was spotlessly clean. I can honestly say we had no issues at all with this beautiful villa. I’ve stayed in many villas in my lifetime and can honestly say the pool longers are the most comfortable yet! Thank you Martin for a fab stay.

Fantastic stay in Ibiza!

I stayed at the property with my friends and we loved it! It’s exactly as shown on the pictures and is in a great location - far enough away from the bars so that you can sleep, but close enough so that they are accessible. If you are venturing further afield then the main road for taxis is only a 5 minute walk away. There are also a number of restaurants and shops nearby (within walking distance). Thank you for a great holiday!

Great space, great pool, great facilities - all good. As a family of 6 we all fitted in comfortably and it all felt nice and spacious. The pool was great, nice and deep, and also well maintained. The o yo thing we planned to use but didn’t, so can’t comment on is the bbq, as we couldn’t get hold of any charcoal - but everything else worked and was as described.

Lovely property peaceful location

The property was great and the host couldn’t have been more helpful with check-in and check-out times and local knowledge. Communication throughout the week was also great. The surrounding area was very quiet and there were a couple of good restaurants a short walk away. The pool was very deep which was brilliant for my three who are aged 10-16 and very strong swimmers but may be more of an issue with younger children who would be unable to stand up. My only observation is if you want to get to the main area of San Antonio where all the action is - it is a long walk - so in the heat we drove it. We managed to tick off everything the kids wanted to do locally - banana boat, jet skis, water park, sling shot etc. All within a 10 minutes drive. We would definitely come back. My 14 year old is already eyeing up San Antonio for a lads holiday when he is older!

Amazing Villa

Amazing villa in a great location, conveniently situated around 10 minutes walk from the beach, restaurants and bars. Very quiet and peaceful if you just want to relax. Brilliant villa in a great location

Stayed here for a week in May 2022. The location is great if you want to be near San Antonio Bay but also have a little peaceful sanctuary - the villa is tucked away at the end of a road with open countryside to two sides but its also just a 10 minute walk to the seafront and plenty of amenities . The villa is equipped for 6-8 people easily with sunbeds and kitchen equipment a plenty - a nice surprise and not in the photos was an outdoor table tennis table . The pool is a great size (10m by 4m I think and 1.6-2m deep) - I was able to do a half an hour swim each day and didn't feel like I was in a goldfish bowl!Bathrooms were very high spec and having one for each bedroom is perfect . We will definitely stay again - thanks Martin !
