Located in a quiet and picturesque country setting, this flat in a charming agritourism with communal swimming pool is perfect for 2 adults and 2 children.
The agriturismo offers spacious exteriors with two shared swimming pools: a main pool of 15 x 4.5 meters, with a constant depth of 1.50m and is naturally purified (although chlorine is used in summer); and a second pool of 3x4 meters, also with a constant depth of 1.30m and chlorine. The gardens have fruit trees such as pomegranate, lemon and orange trees, and you will also find roosters, hens and goats on the property. You can enjoy a terrace with sun beds and umbrellas, as well as a bicycle parking area for those who have come to see the island by bike. There is also a communal barbecue with gas stove, ideal for outdoor meals. The property is fenced, and has ecological features such as solar panels and its own water well, ideal for those who love sustainability. A rich breakfast is available for a surcharge and is served from 08:30 to 10:00.

The flat is on the first floor without lift. The interior is designed for comfort and functionality. The living room has a TV and the kitchen, open to the dining room, runs on gas. The master bedroom has a double bed, fan and is tastefully decorated to create a cosy atmosphere. Children can relax on the extra beds located in the living area. The bathroom has a shower and the property has oil central heating for colder days. In addition, a cot and high chair can be provided if you are travelling with a baby. There is a communal laundry area open from 9:00 to 13:00.

Close to the agroturismo, you will find various activities and places to enjoy, such as the impressive Caves of Drach in Porto Cristo, home to one of the largest underground lakes in the world. Nearby beaches, such as Cala Millor and Cala Bona, offer golden sands and crystal clear waters perfect for swimming and water sports. You can also visit the charming village of Artà with its medieval fortress and lively weekly market. Nature lovers can explore the hiking route of the Llevant Natural Park, which offers breathtaking scenery and rich biodiversity.

The swimming pool is available all year round from 08:00 to 20:30 hours.
The extra place is for a child under 14 years old.
