Villa Bini Duc is located on the south-east coast of the island in the picturesque Binibeca resort. The wonderful white sand beach with turquoise waters is a short walk from the property, as are several restaurants and bars in the area. The dining options continue approximately a 10 minute walk away at what used to be a traditional fisherman's village at Binibeca Vell, and is now a popular attraction for visitors to the island. The towns San Luis and Mahon are 10 - 15 drive away and are connected by a public bus service.
The exterior comprises of a large swimming pool with a sun terrace furnished with loungers and a table and chairs for al fresco dining, from which partial sea views can be enjoyed. Connected to the lounge and double bedroom, is a second covered terrace with garden sofas for relaxing in the shade, and a stone barbeque for outdoor cooking. This terrace is enclosed with a child safety gate.
The villa has been tastefully decorated and equipped to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay. All rooms are distributed on ground level:
Open plan lounge/dining area, fully equipped kitchen, 1 twin bedroom with integrated shower and sink, 1 double bedroom with direct access to the terrace, 2 twin bedrooms, 1 shower room and 1 cloak room.

Maison agréable
Un bon emplacement, une piscine entretenue et de bonne taille, une vue mer depuis la terrasse. Les équipements sont présents et opérationnels (lave-vaisselle, lave-linge, climatisation dans les chambres). Seul bémol, une faible pression dans les salles d’eau mais sans doute lié à la collectivité. En résumé, un bon séjour.
