Welcome to BiniMadi! This beautiful villa, fully renovated in 2024, is just 350 meters from Calo Blanc, a small turquoise-water cove, and 350 meters from the lovely family-friendly Binisafua beach. One of its greatest advantages is its proximity to the beach, allowing you to enjoy the sea without needing a car.

The villa has two floors. On the ground floor, you’ll find two cozy bedrooms with twin beds and a shared bathroom. Upstairs, a spacious suite features an open shower bathroom and a private terrace with stunning sea views.



The living room is bright and spacious, with a large sofa inviting you to relax. It connects seamlessly with an open-plan kitchen, and both areas extend onto a large porch, creating a unified space. The porch has a dining table and a comfortable sofa, perfect for enjoying meals outdoors. Every corner of BiniMadi exudes a Mediterranean and cozy atmosphere. All rooms have air conditioning and ceiling fans, ensuring a refreshing breeze throughout the day. The sand-colored microcement used indoors and outdoors unifies the spaces, enhancing the villa’s unique charm.



The living room offers internet, satellite channels, and a large TV for entertainment. From the porch, wide steps lead directly to the pool, creating a seamless connection between the spaces.
