The rooms are very clean and staff very helpful. Also the lobby area is great. However the corridors leading to our room had torn and dirty carpet - kind of looked shabby in my opinion. The best part is that it is close - a reasonable walking distance - to the main pier in Santa Barbara.

Recently stayed here for two nights with friends. The hotel is in a good location although it is on a main road . The staff were incredible friendly & helpful . Sipping our and breakfast was a pleasant surprise and orchestrated very well .

Nice hotel. Walkable to the beach and nice paths for walking. Nice walk to downtown, nearby restaurants. Staff is friendly and eager to help. Their continental breakfast is quite good.

We received upgrades to the penthouse king suite! It was the size of an apartment! Lovely! Patio overlooking the pool. Comfortable bed. Nice architecture and landscaping. Staff was very helpful.
