Great place to stay near the beach

Very warm staff, our room was comfortable. The exterior could use a little TLC. Conveniently located close to the beach. We enjoyed walking to the beach and dinner around the corner. We will be coming back to stay again in the near future

We chose Brisas mostly because of the pool and included breakfast. Both of those amenities were perfect. The front desk staff was very nice and they even upgraded us to a big suite at no charge. The location is walkable or bike-able to most things downtown. They even have bikes you can borrow! We’ll definitely stay here again.

The staff were all very friendly and accommodating. I’ve never been to Santa Barbara before and didn’t realize this was more motel like. The room is quaint but very small. The pool is nothing like what I expected. It was a nice stay but I paid 265 a night and it wasn’t a 265 a night room

Property was everything we wanted. Great location (close to state street), beautiful/spacious room, comfortable bed. Only downside was the small parking lot so only one car could be parked. We were able to work around this and park on the street they aren’t very strict at this location after 4pm. Overall I recommend this place !

Our 1 bedroom suite was very spacious and well-equipped. Unfortunately, the sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable, and the pillows in the king bedroom need to be retired. The staff was polite and the lobby was comfortable. The suite was very clean, except for the fake fruit and flower arrangements which were dusty.

Excellent location only a couple of blocks from the beach. Modern room with the most comfortable bed ever! Would highly recommend this hotel. Service was excellent.

I visited with my daughter and wife and the experience was phenomenal. The Pinot gris at happy hour was phenomenal and my wife loved the pastries that was served at breakfast. Diego was extremely sweet and phenomenal and he gave us a list of restaurants to try out in the area. All of the restaurants recommended were 10/10. Highly recommend this hotel. 10/10.
