Most picturesque view I’ve ever had from a hotel room in Spain! Studio 307 had a Juliet balcony with a cracking view of Cala Llonga bay with the crystal clear waters and pretty sailing boats.

Bad start

Asked to pay again at reception when we checked by a very rude lady! Showed her the email detailing my full payment and explained I had already paid - her reply " no you haven't" and said if I did not pay my room key would be blocked! She was so abrupt....... Everyone else was very nice and helpful though, the place is very well looked after and food was great. Shame about the receptionist.

Great hotel for the price. The location advertised is a little confusing as it’s actually in Cala Longa not Santa Eulalia. Quieter and very nice though so would totally recommend it

This is a lovely hotel in an excellent location!!

This is a great place to stay close to beach and amenities yet very relaxing. We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend.

Great staff!

We really enjoy our stayed in El Pinar!! Good Buffet breakfast. The hotel facilities are really good but best of all were the staff, everyone in the there were very friendly and kind.

Perfect Off Season Location

The hotel was clean, quiet and friendly staff. The location was perfect just down a few steps and onto the sandy beach. The room was comfortable although the beds were a bit hard but it didn't interrupt sleep. Our balcony overlooked the pool and got the sub all afternoon into the evening. Pool area was great with comfortable loungers but in October the sun only creeps over the whole pool around 2pm. Get set up early and be rewarded with all day sun. Didn't eat here as there were many places around well worth a visit.

Originally I booked 5 nights in a hotel near the Ibiza marina. Decided to come into Ibiza a day earlier so as to guarantee my travel would get me there in time to see Armin Van Buuren. Tryed to extend my stay earlier at the Rocamar however unavailable. The El Pinar was an excellent alternative for my first night in Ibiza. Real nice place.

Great stay in good location. Can get ferry direct to Formentera which is a must. Wifi was a not that great in room. Another complaint was that the cleaners didn't replenish the toilet tissue after cleaning the room.

Beautiful sea view

El Pinar was really nice. There were only a few things that could use improvement. Only one of our outlets worked. I don't know if this is because we had to use adapters or what, but two of us had to alternate using one outlet. The Wi-Fi was great as long as you stayed in the living room/kitchen area, forget the bathroom or bedroom. Our little patio overlooked the sea and had a couple chairs and a table to sit at. The kitchen area was nice to have and we made drinks one night. Overall, it was a decent experience for a couple nights.

Spacious apartment a stone's throw from the beach!

From the friendly greeting when I arrived to organising a cab for me when I left, the staff at El Pinar couldn't have been nicer. The apartment overlooked the beach - literally a stone's throw away - and was spacious, comfortable, clean and pretty well-equipped for self-catering. There was a show of various kinds every other night downstairs and as my room was right on top of the bar, this got a bit noisy, but it was entertaining without having to leave the sofa, so I quite liked it! Cala Llonga itself is a great hub for getting around the rest of the east coast of Ibiza via the regular ferry boat service on the other side of the bay. I'll definitely be back here next time I'm on Ibiza; a real find of a place!

El apartamento no daba a la zona de piscina como se supone que debía dar. Sólo tienen 3 cafeteras para todos los apartamentos. Hay que pedirla en recepción. El número de mandos a distancia para el parking es limitado, si tienes suerte pillas uno. El apartamento no tiene enseres para fregar, ni estropajo ni jabón ni balleta. Hay que pedirlo y si tienes suerte te dan uno. El teléfono de la habitacion estaba de adorno. Además, muy lejos de Ibiza centro.

Meraviglia cala llonga!

Ancora più bello dal vivo che in foto, la camera grandissima spaziosa, bagno nuovo mini cucina e terrazzo con tavolo, tutto perfetto, poi la piscina e la vista su cala llonga meravigliosa, fare colazione con questa vista ti fa partire bene la giornata! La zona carina con ristoranti e tutte le comodità, poi noi ci spostavano in auto per le spiagge o serate nei locali. Ottimo!
