Built for David Stein, founder of MCA Recording Company and later the owner of Universal Studios in Hollywood, the Villa breathes the ancient glory of the sixties when many important visitors of the era stayed here. Guests included political figures, monarchs, heads of state, and diplomats along with painters, singers, and musicians. it was the refuge for people like Alfred Hitchcock, Errol Flynn, Maurice Chevalier, Marlene Dietrich, Cary Grant, Bette Davis, Humphrey Bogart, James Stewart and Leslie Caron just to name a few.
Nowadays is the ideal venue for special occasions, perfect for wedding parties, outdoor celebrations, fancy dinners with a large group of friends,  families with small kids, and corporate events! NO LUCRATIVE ACTIVITIES ARE ALLOWED.

BEDROOMS:
The sleeping area, comprises hotel-style all ensuites double bedded rooms, with walk-in cabinets and bathrooms where you can enjoy relaxing moments in spacious showers or comfortable bathtubs.
Each room is provided with amenities, air conditioning, safe box, alarm system and a hair dryer.

Each of the eight bedrooms has an en-suite modern bathroom with good lighting and a spacious shower, air conditioning, a hair dryer, a soft duvet, a hypoallergenic mattress, soft towels, and big windows or balcony. In the bedrooms, crisp white bedding is paired with weathered wood for a restful, organic vibe. More rooms are available at the 4 star hotel located next door at a discounted rate.

Mediterranean, sky, and mountains from the indoor sitting area. Concrete walls, tile floors, and wide sliding glass doors create an atmosphere that’s contemporary but not cold. The sitting area’s soft gray sectionals are minimalist yet inviting, and the dining area can seat up to 22 guests.
