A good hotel should offer breakfast.

This was my third stay at this hotel in Santa Fe because the location can't be beat. The first time was before their total remodel. Boy, did they ever need that remodel. The room was gross in so many ways! Floor to ceiling nastiness! The second time was after the remodel. The room was so nice and clean and the upgrades were delightful! Also, the breakfast was good. This third time was a bit of a disappointment. They stopped offering breakfast. The carpet needed cleaning. There was a crack in the door panel nearest the lock that ran approximately 24" vertically and was 1/8" wide. Daylight could be seen through it and cold air tickled in at night. I should have taken a picture to post here. The worst part was the broken hot water heater. I was one of three women in this room. We all had lukewarm showers on Wednesday night and ice cold showers on Thursday morning!!!! I reported the problem at the front desk, but the person was not sympathetic. She seemed to not care one way or the other. She just said "they are working on it." The only reason I have been there three times is the location to the plaza and the price per night is the most reasonable for that area.

Excellent location

The location is amazing, the staff is friendly, and the room is clean. The only suggestion for the property is to install a regular door for the bathroom. We will definitely be returning and loved our stay!

We were able to check in early, which was nice because we arrived quicker than expected. The room was very clean and comfortable. Had a minor issue with the shower and the repairman came and fixed immediately. Only issue was no elevator for second floor. A little tough getting heavy suitcase upstairs, but not impossible. Great stay. Thank you.
