The apartment is homely, very well decorated and equipped. It is situated in a family-friendly neighbourhood in quiet residential complex Avenida. It has 123 m3 of living area, two bedrooms with double beds, two bathrooms (shower cabin and bath), independent kitchen, salon, balcony and a big terrace with breath-taking views over Los Gigantes cliffs and ocean. The accommodation is very bright, well equipped and decorated.
