Great location close to Susukino station with a lot of shops and restaurants in the area. It's good if you like the nightlife, but not as great if you don't. The room and hotel facilities were very clean. It's a no frills type of place, which I expected since I got the room for a very low price. The breakfast was basic (a few types of bread), but the coffee machine was nice and had different beverage options.

The hotel is clean with good service. It is near city center, with easily access to Odori and JR station, either by walking 15-20 minutes, or by tram (streetcar) and subway.

I will recommend this property to my friends & family cause the convenient locations, but feel very disappointing with the morning reception staff. I have check out on 22 mar 2019 4am , and i call a cab to the nearest bus station to Chitose Airport, But unfortunately we cannot communicate with the taxi driver, even we show the locations. So i walk back inside the hotel and ask the guy receptionist for help me translate to the taxi driver pls drive us to toyoko inn susukino. After he look at me going to another hotel. He was directly show the unhappy face and use his body language and say dont know. But i m sure the receptionist understand what i mention. He just do not want to assist us to the bus stop which near to toyoko inn susukino. But lastly thanks for the taxi driver drive us to the bus stop and without charge us any price.

With hindsight we should have had a bigger room / bed. Swanky the hotel wasn't but it was clean and had all necessary facilities. Breakfast was pastries and coffee / orange juice but a welcome start to the day.

The room is great for a quick - last minute stay. It was perfect for two people (we had a double bed). However, we didn't have any luggage. If you're bringing luggage with you - more than one large suitcase - this hotel room would be too small. The bed was comfortable. The hotel seems a bit dated, but the location is prime and everything met our basic needs.
