While it is tough to deal with flight cancellations and delays, Julio at the front desk was awesome. He helped keep us calm, got us into a great room right away, offered suggestions for keeping the kids busy, and helped us at least relax about being stuck here for a few days. The hotel was surprisingly great, and we will find a reason (other than just being stuck here) to stay here next time. Thanks Julio!!
