Checked in and entered first room to find cigarette burns and brown streaks(?) on the comforters, along with spiders in every corner of the room. Went back to lobby and requested a new room, the next one was even WORSE! Black mold all over the curtains and floor and bugs all over again! We did not stay and they refused a refund and offered no apologies.

The hotel is worn out - old carpet with wrinkles in hallways, strange decor in rooms, needs paint. Our bathroom was not clean- hair on sink, dirt and q-tip on floor, bathtub water first came out brown and dripped constantly. These are first world complaints, but probably wouldn't go back. Bed was comfortable, two TV's in sitting and sleeping areas separated by a heavy curtain. Large indoor pool and hot tub looked good, but closed at 8pm.

This place needs some TLC!!!

Upstairs with no elevator was a challenge with our heavy bags. Room smelled like dirt. After cleaning the disgusting air filter and spraying our air freshener on the blanket on the bed. It was tolerable. Note: No duvet or bedspread. No liner in ice bucket, had to ask at front desk & they gave us a frozen block of ice in a small plastic bag. We left our room at 9:05 and the housekeeper, with her key had barged in three times before we exited. Check out was at 11pm, unsure of why?? Oh, yes, manager did not appreciate his patrons. Always mad looking, grump acting, and ungrateful.

Well... suffice to say, this hotel is in its last legs. Seems like it was a nice hotel back in the day, but it has outlived its life unfortunately. How they can rationalize charging over $150 per night is unfathomable, and we were foolish to pay it. The door on the room could not even be opened without great force. The carpets and interior are old and worn. The bath and shower area were, let's just say, not good. Don't be fooled by the pictures and make the same mistake we did.

The suite was clean enough, brand new mattresses (definitely not queens though, more like full). However, the building is old as hell and it carries the smell of mold upon it. Super sketchy clientele, made my wife and kids uncomfortable. The continental breakfast is the worst I have seen, only slightly above COVID-day CB's.

Room needed a good dusting. No slip mat for tub when taking a shower, NO grab rails in tub, carpet looked dirty. Just not up to standards. Picture on computed didn't match room we were in. Walked in office and got the impression I was bothering the desk clerk. No welcome how may I help you. NO thank you. Just you here to check in. Just a bad experience from the start.

Firstly, I will say the front receptionist man was very nice. However, upon arriving to facility I was greatly disappointed. I will never book here again. The hotel location felt as if it was in an abandoned lot, especially if you are arriving at night. The room itself looked very old and warned down. The bathroom lacked basic supplies, such as soap. The toilet paper was not fresh, but instead a used and almost finished roll. The bed sheets were not made neatly and therefore I questioned the cleanliness of the sheets. I personally did not stay the rest of the night because I did not feel comfortable. There were other people in an adjacent building smoking right outside. I did request a refund of which I did not get, but that is understandable as I did not pay for insurance on the room.
