La stanza e il bagno molto puliti, l'arredo nuovo. Il parcheggio comodissimo. La stazione ferroviaria vicina ( 8 min a piedi) i treni in transito non danno fastidio perché le finestre hanno il doppio vetro. Unico disagio è stato l'orario della colazione che inizia alle ore 8, per le nostre esigenze è un po' tardi. Per il resto tutto benissimo.

Albergo comodo per arrivare in auto e a circa 15 minuti a piedi dal centro storico. Stanza grande e ben arredata. La ferrovia passa accanto, ma con le finestre chiuse non ho avvertito molto rumore.

Albergo in una zona strategica per muoversi a piedi, solo a pochi minuti infatti per raggiungere il centro storico di Sarzana pieno di negozi originali e molti ristoranti. Parcheggio davanti l'hotel, ma pubblico e con posti limitati. Pulizia della camera e bagno ottima, personale gentile e alla mano. Colazione nella media, mini cornetti, vuoti o ripieni, surgelati e riscaldati al momento, caffè, cappuccino, succhi delle macchinette, yogurt, marmellatine, nutelline, se si vuole il salato possibilità di prepararsi toast. Nota molto positiva i thè in bustina biologici.

Ottimo rapporto qualita/prezzo Comodo da raggiungere sia in treno che in auto. Ottima posizione per il centro di Sarzana raggiungibile a piedi. Essendo a ridosso della ferrovia, il passaggio treni e' udibile sin dalle prime ore del mattino, ma durante la notte non c'e' passaggio treni, quindi tranquillissimo. Abbiamo soggiornato solo per una notte e ci siamo trovati molto bene. La camera era molto grande, pulita, letto comodo, bagno interno con doccia. Aria condizionata funzionante. Tutto in ottime condizioni. Buona la colazione, cortese il personale. Comodo il parcheggio di fronte all'ingresso. Vicinissimo al centro storico della città. A nostro avviso, l'unica cosa che manca è qualche cartello lungo la strada per indicare l'ubicazione esatta.
