Okay let me get into detail. When to check in they was a staff ( woman ) she checked me and my family. She told me about the wolf pass is for 99 dollars per person and parking ticket is 25 dollars per night , plus tax and I buy two wolf pass and stay two nights and she said the total will be 253 dollars, I paid it with my credit card. Then we got our room and everything was goin well, until there was a next 300 dollars transaction. I went to front desk and ask about it they say that’s the web side that I book on which is Expedia didn’t pay them the money so they had it taking out from the card and it will be back in my account when I check out . Today I check out I see 500 hundred dollars taken out now and got a different story , they telling me now it’s room charge and I didn’t use any room-charge I got all my receipts of what food and game I purchased. When I show her , she saying everything thing gonna refund . What I don’t understand they don’t have staff or manager that could explain why the take the money out properly.. Oh they also say she don’t know or see why the took the money . Anyway let’s wait to see if the refund the money .. they trying to rob money off me .
