Mitä ei pidä rakastaa tästä 2 sängystä / 1. 5 kylpy huoneisto vain muutaman minuutin SeaTac ja keskeisellä paikalla sekä Seattlen ja Tacoman. Täysin uusittu ja tyylikkäästi sisustettu paljon luonnonvaloa. Nauti takka, rentoudu kannella, kokki koko keittiössä ja nauti kannella. Lähellä Southcenter Mall -ravintolaa, ravintoloita, viihdettä ja ostosmahdollisuuksia, lähellä tärkeimpiä moottoriteitä (I-5 & 405), kevytraide. Erinomainen sijainti vain 7 minuutin päässä SeaTacin lentokentältä ja lyhyen matkan päässä Seattlesta, Rentonista, Tacomasta.

The condo is a two-story walk-up. It is located right next to I-5 and if you need the windows open, it’s extremely loud. We were disappointed to find that the bunk beds only had fitted sheets on them and we needed to navigate the very full linen closet to find the right size flat sheets and try to open the broken closet door to get blankets. The place is an inexpensive option - don’t expect much more.

This was a nice unit. Our party of four fit in well. The location is very convenient for day trips into and around Seattle-we made it downtown in 20-25 minutes. There are plenty of local shops nearby for supplies, food, etc. Everything worked fine in the unit.

Great spot with easy access to most things that make life easy

Property was clean and well decorated. Beds are really comfortable, so many linens available in the closets and pack n play available which was helpful. I-5 is right outside so it does get a bit noisy but only if the windows are open. 2 portable air conditioners in the bedrooms helped on the hot days, laundry also available in the unit was nice. Some toiletries/laundry soap were provided also had blow dryer and hair straightener. Would stay here again

Wonderful stay!

Property was fantastic! Assigned parking, spacious apartment with many comforts, and easy access to the interstate. It was a great location to visit many parts of the city. We will definitely be back!

Nice location to get to Seattle for activities

We enjoyed our stay here. Quite location and very clean. Close enough to get to Seattle with only minor traffic to see the different activities. Mall across the freeway was great to get snacks and find dinner outside the city if needed.

Newly refurbished condo close to the airport and Southcenter.

The only downside is its on the third floor, 1 and 1/2 flights up. But lovely inside, great water pressure in the shower, loved the bedding, very comfortable beds, great kitchen.

Convenient location, good price

We needed a convenient place to base our six day trip to Seattle. We did not need a fancy location or beautiful scenery, just a clean and comfortable place to sleep. This condo fit our needs perfectly. It is close to the freeway and an easy 25 minute drive into downtown Seattle. The Southcenter Mall area is a quick drive away with many restaurant and shopping choices. The condo itself is small but clean and comfortable. The two bedrooms and the one and one-half bathrooms were just right for our group of four. The owner was very easy to communicate with and quickly answered our questions. We were especially grateful to her for graciously accommodating a special request we had. If you are looking for a comfortable and affordable place to stay near Seattle, this is a good choice.

Great property

This is a condo that is in a convenient quiet location. The beds were comfortable and everything was very clean. The decor in the house is nice. It’s on the top floor, but there aren’t many stair to walk up, its more like a 2nd floor.

Nice, modern comfortable and very clean.

Title says it all! We are late 50's and appreciate a nice place to stay for 2 nights that was NOT a hotel room. My only "issue" was not being able to figure out how the tv worked but that was probably just me. It wasn't an issue to my wife because she spent her spare time playing games online or on Facebook where she used the WiFi was was incredibly fast. Everything was new, modern and work great including the washer and dryer. We stayed there because it was close to SeaTac and had a 8:05am flight so we wanted some place that was close by and this condo fit our needs prefect. I would recommend this condo to anyone that needed to be near SeaTac.

Great location to get around the Seattle area

We rented this condo for a 5 day stay in the Seattle area for a college visit with our 17 year old. We wanted something close to Renton, Des Moines and Seattle, and this condo met our expectations. Having a reserved parking spot was awesome! There are stores close by so anything you need you can get. We picked up some groceries for a few meals at the condo, and had what we needed to cook available. I was also impressed by the items available for our use provided by the owner. It is located by the intersection of 5 & 405, so there is constant highway sounds, but we weren't bothered by it since we are from a metro area. Getting into downtown Seattle was a breeze, and we went just about every day. The bed in the master bedroom was one of the most comfortable I have slept in. I would definitely come back to this property.
