The room wasn't bad. Pillows were terrible, air conditioner was way noisy during the night.Very disappointed that they charged a resort fee when the pool was closed and they didn't do breakfast. It was also closed. Not sure what the resort fee was for, it was just our room. When I asked about it they really didn't care.

Property is great, especially the dog park. Bathroom is way to small, who really wants to brush hair and teeth in the kitchen area. Toliet is too low. Honestly, i loved the place overall.

Overall I don’t recommend Sedona Real Inn. If you are looking for quiet nights (who wouldn’t?), you should look for other places. Pros: Very clean, nicely remodeled room. Convenient location to the major Sedona attractions Cons: Noisy because the walls are thin. I could hear TV noise, people talking from upstairs.

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Very peaceful. Room was spacious and clean. Super quiet and beautiful sunrise from my window. Property was clean, quiet and they were under construction so lobby was right next door to my hotel room however my stay wasn’t disrupted. I hate a late night check in which was super easy and clear instructions.

Pros: Great property in West Sedona. Several dinning options within walking distance and close to several trails. Rooms were newly renovated, large and well furnished. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Cons: Construction still underway, pool out of service, the bathroom doesn’t have a sink- there’s only a shared sink in the main living area, and if your in the bottom unit, there’s hardly any sound barrier between floors. These things were too much of a bother but worth a mention.
